What Therapy Looks Like
Therapy at Healing with Play is rooted in connection, not correction. It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and creating space for real growth whether through words, play, or simply being seen.
What you can expect:
- A steady, attuned presence from a therapist who truly sees you or your child
- Creative and age-appropriate approaches, like play, storytelling, art, or movement
- A role for parents and caregivers as active, welcomed participants
- Thoughtful use of evidence-based methods including trauma-informed care, attachment work, and developmental frameworks
There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline here. We honor your pace and your process.
“Play is really the foundation for learning, problem-solving, and growth in childhood.”
